紧接朝天门小龙湫穿越之一朝天门景区
二，走向上折瀑
从朝天门到上折瀑，虽两景区相邻，但没有道路连通，这就需要发挥一下驴性了，我们离开了朝天门景区游道（游道是下山到朝阳洞方向）沿着稍有路痕的崎岖土路上山翻越小山包，其实只走了不到半小时（包括在一个稍有难度的岩石斜坡的地方耽误了一些时间）就穿到了中折瀑通往上折瀑的游道，我们在上折瀑中餐、休息。下午经铁城嶂、开元寺进入净名谷即雁荡山国家森林公园。

一些地方没有路，这就是今天穿越唯一的一个难点，后来拉起了绳子，队伍在这里耽误了较长时间

不远又穿到大路上，这是三折瀑景区从中折瀑到上折瀑的游道，上折瀑旅游团是不走的景点

我走在前面，路上唯一遇到的三位喜玩的温州女士，看来从中折瀑上来，他说你们今天是老人协会活动吗，我无语，我就这么老了吗，我只是对他们说“你要轻声说，不要让大队听到”。
