Promptness is important in American business, academic and social

在学术专业圈里面，注意最后期限也是很重要的。经常遇到的是课外作业和商业报告的最后期限。如果一个学生交作业晚了，就会很意外地发现教授会降低他们的分数等级，甚至拒绝给他们的作业评分。不管按时赴约或是应对截止日期是不是一个问题，人们总是把文化习惯限制下来调节自己的时间。
