宣利江,中国科学院上海药物所,研究组长,研究员,男,1967年9月生,博士,民盟盟员。作为中国新药梦践行者,宣利江及其团队在继承传统中药的基础上进行现代新药创制,已获得新药证书3项。2017年获得全国五一劳动奖章。
宣利江及其团队在继承传统中药的基础上进行现代新药创制,已获得新药证书3项。其中丹参多酚酸盐及其粉针剂是他20多年来致力于新药技术开发和产业化的杰出成就。作为具有自主知识产权的创新中药,该药成分明确、质量可控、疗效确切、使用安全,是发改委中药现代化示范项目,于2005年获得新药证书。2006年药品上市后,曾连续6年以约100%的年增长率快速增长,2014-2016年年销售额均突破45亿元,累计销售已突破200亿元,惠及1000万以上病患,成为中药现代化研究的典范。2010-2016年间,宣利江先后获国家技术发明二等奖、中国科学院杰出科技成就奖、谈
家桢生命科学产业化奖、中医药管理局突出贡献奖等奖励,并当选上海市先进工作者,入选上海市领军人才。
基本信息
1990
年毕业于上海医科大学;
1995
年于中国科学院上海药物研究所获博士学位,留所任助理研究员;1996
年赴日本九州大学药学部生药学教室进行博士后工作;
1998
年回上海药物研究所工作,期间曾赴美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校
Scripps 海洋学研究所访问研究。
研究方向
以产业化为目标,以天然药用资源的水溶性成分研究为基础,探索中药的作用机理和物质基础,寻找和发现结构新颖的天然活性化合物及先导化合物,并在此基础上开展新药创制和中药现代化的研究。

承担“重大新药创制”国家科技重大专项,上海市重大产业科技攻关项目等多个课题。
