暖身汤---奶香筒骨煲


补钙佳品--奶香筒骨煲
补钙,是个恒久的话题,在我看来,孩子补钙是重中之重,俗

话说苗直树参天,孩子正是一颗成长中的小树苗,给她足够的

空气、水、养分,她才能挺拔茁壮地成长,长成参天大树。

正如我们子瑜,我喜欢看她每天有蹦不完的力气,每天都在长

个子,我喜欢看她在身高表前划出一道道超越之前身高的线

条,我喜欢她的衣服小得又穿不上了。我喜欢看她的牙齿又长


了一颗出来,我喜欢看她脚丫子又顶出了鞋子的头。
我喜欢她一切的成长。我希望她能最健康地成长。

暖身汤---奶香筒骨煲

子瑜妈妈说营养:

我的营养学老师曾经跟我说过,骨头汤要做到真正的补钙,是需要一定

的营养学知识的。我们要在熬骨头汤的时候,放上一勺醋,这样可以把

骨头里的钙充分的溶解到汤里,还有一点特别要注意,我们要在出锅前

放上一杯奶,这样牛奶里的乳糖能促进人体对钙的吸收。从那以后,我

每次做骨头汤,我都会放点醋放点奶。




奶香筒骨煲



材料:
筒骨`根,胡萝卜半根、菌菇蔬菜适量、牛奶半盒,醋110ML

制作过程:

1筒骨一根,叫卖家切好,回家洗干净备用;

2锅中放入大半锅水,将骨头冷水下锅,放入姜片和料酒,烧热撇去沫,放入5醋同煮;

3小火慢炖1-1.5小时后加入菌菇类。

4最后15分钟的时候加入胡萝卜同煮,加点盐调味;

5最后1分钟加入青椒,出锅前关火淋入原味鲜牛奶即可。

主妇心得:
1 熬汤需冷水下锅才能将使营养充分的溶解到汤里面;

2 盐和叶类蔬菜都是最后放的,盐放早了,会破坏蛋白质,
叶菜放早了会损失维生素;

3 菌菇选择干货类更佳;如果是干货类的话,需要一开始就和
骨头一起炖,而不是最后15分钟再放.
