党参黄芪红枣鸡汤
1. 党参
补中,益气,生津。 治脾胃虚弱,气血两亏,体倦无力,食少,口渴

2. 黄芪
黄芪的性味甘、微温,有补中益气、止汗、利水消肿、除毒生肌的作用。

黄芪在中医临床上应用十分广泛。取黄芪泡水饮用,可治身体困倦,无力,气短。
以粗长、表皮皱纹稀少、质坚而绵、粉性足、味甜者为优。
3. 当归
当归可补血,活血,清血,生肌,润肠胃,调经,润肤美白,可增强人体新
陈代谢和内分泌功能,防治面部干燥、脱屑、瘙痒等疾病,使皮肤光泽细嫩。

4. 红枣
补血、益气,提高免疫





以下是材料与步骤:
黄芪1片 10克 党参3根 10克 红枣 10颗左右 姜5片 10克
葱结1把 15克 本鸡1只 1300克 料酒 10ML


将鸡洗干净后,冷水入砂锅,加入料酒10克葱和姜。烧开后撇去浮末,加入药材用小火慢炖

炖上1个半小时左右,嫩鸡1个半小时就很酥了,老鸡的话要2个半小时左右。
