大年初一吃年糕--年年高
从小到大,都是这样的习俗,
大年初一的早上,
吃上一碗糖年糕,
寓意着一整年都能步步高升.

大年初一吃年糕--年年高-----桂花糖年糕




材料: 彩色年糕100克 买不到彩色的,用单色的也可以。
桂花3克 白砂糖10克 清水1碗(300ML)
制作:
1 将年糕切成 0.8CM见方的小块备用;
2 将清水倒入干净的锅子中,烧开水;
3 水开后投如年糕粒,煮至年糕浮在水面上,关火;
4 出锅装入碗中,撒上白砂糖和桂花,趁热食用。

提示:
大年初一吃年糕,年年高!每年的大年初一,几乎家家户户都要吃年糕。
这里,子瑜妈妈要提醒大家。年糕一次不宜吃太多,每次1小碗即可,
小孩子在吃的时候 ,大人记得一定要在边上看护好,预防卡喉。
年糕不易消化,不建议小朋友经常食用。
