凉拌黑木耳
第一次做这道菜,大家不要笑话我啊.
因为子瑜妈妈的确只是个普通的家庭主妇,
也只会做一些普通的家常菜,
今天这道黑木耳,味道相当的美味,
做法相当的简单,所以,向大家力推这道美味!

谢谢蔷薇送我的黑木耳,那真是绝对的上品,
质好色正味鲜美,朵也够巨大,
蔷薇说是自己妈妈家亲手栽种的.
里面包含着蔷薇妈妈默默耕耘的那份爱,感激!


黑木耳功效:
黑木耳含有对人体有益的植物胶质以及一种叫做“多糖体”的物质,这是一
种天然的滋补剂,和黑木耳中丰富的纤维素共同作用,能促进胃肠蠕动而防
止便秘,有利于体内大便中有毒有害物
质及时清除和排出,还可促使肠道脂
肪食物的排泄,减少食物中脂肪的吸收,从而起到防止肥胖和减肥作用。
黑木耳还有抗脂质过氧化的作用,使人延年益寿.
凉拌黑木耳



材料与步骤:
干黑木耳30克泡发好 黄瓜、胡萝卜、青红椒、白芝麻个少许 搭配使用
步骤:
1 将黑木耳泡发好,洗干净,摘去老蒂,入锅中焯熟,放心,水开后煮5分
钟绝对够了。
2 将黑木耳捞出,浸入冰水中,凉透后捞出,用手撕成小片;
3 将黄瓜、胡萝卜、青红椒切成细丝,倒入黑木耳中,再加入熟的白芝麻,
加入2克盐,1克鸡精,10克芝麻油,5-10克白醋,
然后搅拌均匀.开吃.

制作心得:
1 黑木耳一定要彻底泡开了;
2 黑木耳一定要清洗干净;
3 黑木耳如果用白木耳代替,也是一道非常不错的小菜;
