每个人心中都有一道最美味的菜----
秘制糟肉
这道菜,对我老公来说,
是全世界最好吃的一道肉菜,
不是因为是我做的,
而是因为这是他从小吃到大的一道家乡菜,

吃上一口糟肉,我老公便说,
想起了老家的爸爸和妈妈,
我其实很笨,根本不知道怎么做,
于是一次又一次的打电话询问婆家人到底要怎么做这道菜,
婆家大嫂,给我讲了很多遍,我也尝试了很多次,
终于这次,老公说做的很像了.非常感谢嫂子.

1 五花肉2斤,洗干净冷水下锅煮,水开后转小火,煮大概15分钟,8成熟
捞出,略晾凉至不烫手,将肉切成长10CM厚2mm的片状备用;
2 取200克红腐乳和50克腐乳汤汁,加入5克料酒,加入1克十三香粉加入2
克鸡精,加50-100克清水,带上一次性手套将豆腐乳捏均匀;

3 将肉片1片片裹上豆腐乳浆,然后码在一个小碗中,依次将所有的肉片做
好;

4 在小碗中再加入1节大葱,1个干辣椒,1瓣大料,5-6粒花椒,1个大蒜瓣,

5 入锅隔水蒸1个半小时左右。用中小火即可。蒸好的标准是了,猪油都蒸
出来了,浮在表面,肉非常的软烂。
