给最爱的人做一碗面----
臊子面


今天的文字会很感性,受不了的朋友,直接跳跃性观赏即可,呵呵.

2011年2月3号,大年初一,
这一天,我半夜没睡觉,计划怎么在杭州把这个年给过好了,
过好了的意思就是要让老公满意,
因为我年前生了1个月的病,害他不能回老家过年了,
他很失望的跟我说:'这个年过不好了.'
早上失眠,菜场一开门我就去买菜了,
买了很多,
计划着做臊子面\糟肉\面条\饺子~~~
把他老家过年出现的都想做出来,
一直忙到中饭时间,
臊子面做好了.

这碗面,我做的并好好吃,
而且是按他老家的做法做的第3次了,
他说 味道还不错,可以打70分了,

附带一堆牢骚:
他说:'你这碗太大,我妈都给我盛小碗的'
我说:'那就换个小碗吧~'
他说:'汤太少了,我妈做的,汤很多的~~'
我说:'那就再兜上一大勺汤吧'
他说:'这料太丰富了~~我妈做的没那么多料~~~~'
我说:'那好吧,你就委屈点多吃点吧,要么挑掉几种好了?'
他说:'这料太新鲜了,我家做的汤料都是放上很多天的那种~~'
我说:'那好吧,今天做着,你过几天再吃吧'
他说:'今天的气愤不对,我要坐炕上吃,大家聊个天,喝个酒,吭个肉骨头,守个岁~~~'
我说:'好了,明年年三十我不做这面了,和你一起回老家.'


年初二,继续吃,饺子面条糟肉等,
他继续边吃边抱怨着没能回家过年,
真是个祥林嫂,
晚上,我果断的给他定了回老家的机票,
年初三,他高兴的屁颠屁颠的飞回家了.
年初七,他回杭州了,我见到他,大吃一惊,
在老家滋润的马脸变圆脸!
这才4天时间,就吃成这样回来了~~~~
我看这分量,一天长两斤有的,

我问:'妈有没有给你做臊子面吃~'
他高兴的说:'我妈妈天天给我做臊子面吃,
还给我单独每天加一顿小点心,全是肉,睁开眼睛就是吃~~~~'
我笑嘻嘻的看着他,乐的想喷饭,
他乐呵呵的说:'这年算是过好了!'

给最爱的人做一碗面----臊子面

[臊子面]

材料:
肉臊部分:五花肉半斤 热开水2000ML
蔬菜部分:黑木耳 黄花菜 豆芽菜 豆腐干大蒜苗 番茄 鸡蛋 香菜
调味料部分: 盐 酱油 五香粉 味精 料酒

制作:
1 泡发好的粉丝和黄花菜切段,泡发好的黑木耳切丁,豆腐干切丁,备用;
将西红柿切块,豆芽菜切段,大蒜苗切小段,叶子切碎后分开放,打一个鸡
蛋,打成液,香菜叶子若干备用;

2 将五花肉去皮切成肉末,锅中放少许油,放入点蒜末,倒入肉末将肉末炒
至变色加点料酒去腥气,加入五香粉和酱油,觉得淡可以再加点盐,冲入热
开水,再次煮开,

3 将炒好放了汤的肉臊转入炖锅,小火慢炖1个小时。这碗肉臊子就算做好
了,晾一边,吃多少用多少;

4 将黄花菜、豆干丁在锅中炒香,然后倒入部分这一顿要吃的量的肉臊子加
汤,(蔬菜每顿现做)然后加入黑木耳,再加入番茄,煮上5分钟;5分钟后
加入豆芽和大蒜苗的白头部分,煮1-2分钟;

5 加入大蒜苗的青色部分,拌匀后倒入蛋液体,搅拌匀后,关火,加点盐(
感觉之前的汤够咸了的话,就不要再加盐了)再加点鸡精,好了。
6 煮面条。将面条盛在碗中,5-7分满即可,将丰富的臊子料兜在面上,倒
上汤汁撒上香菜叶,臊子面总算是做好了。
