话说,前段日子不是过年吗,呵呵,蛋爸想吃老家的手抓肉,但是我不会做,
最搞笑的是,半夜我听到他说梦话:'给我拿个肉吃!快点!' 我又要笑喷饭了!

记得有次半夜,他们父女俩一起说梦话,可把我乐了好几天.
半夜里我习惯性的起来给蛋换尿布了,突然听到蛋爸在说:'蛋蛋,叫我一声!'
蛋蛋接着说:'好老爸!我爱你!'
我惊叫:'你们两个在干吗?半夜还不睡觉!'打开灯,这两个人睡的好好的.都不理我.
那是很久以前的事了,
现在他们半夜有新台词,他爸半夜加班回家,
蛋会醒过来跟他说:'爸爸,你这么早就回来了啊!爸爸,今天我表现很乖的,今天我~~~~ '
蛋哪怕是睡着,都想着要等爸爸回来,告诉他今天她做了些什么.当然少不了告我的状!
有的时候蛋蛋早上醒过来,看到老爸睡在身边,她还是说:'爸爸!你这么早就回来了啊?'

远了,哈哈,说回手抓肉吧,
话说我不会做手抓肉,真不会做,
蛋爸把要求降的很低,说:'做个可以用手抓着吃的肉骨头吧!'
这简单,下面的菜就如此诞生了.

虽然味道很南方,但只要是肉,永远都是他的最爱.
对于一匹西北狼来说,只要有肉吃就行了.

手抓龙骨

材料步骤:
猪龙骨2斤,热开水4000ML,料酒10克,姜蒜香料等若干,
椒盐或者酱汁若干

步骤:

1 猪龙骨2斤,清洗干净备用;
2 烧热锅,锅中倒油,放入几片姜片和蒜瓣,炒香后将肉骨头倒入,炒至变
色,一直用大火哦,
3 变色后加入料酒翻炒几下,再冲入热开水持平,大概4000ML,然后加入大
料、桂皮、八角,
4 转小火炖1个小时,还剩下一点汤汁的时候,开大火将汤汁收干即可。
5 出锅装盘,配以椒盐或者酱汁食用。如果不想蘸着吃,在煮的时候可以在
汤中加盐调味。
