摘要:文章从玩具有害化学物质评定的新要求出发, 对相关 5 种新要求:重金属元素、增塑剂、RoHS 指标、 有机化合物和多环芳烃等进行概述;在对其基本信息 有初步了解后进一步探讨玩具中的各项物质安全指标 及其检测方法,如金试验法、邻苯二甲酸酯增塑剂检 测方法、RoHS 检测方法和多环芳烃检测方法;结合 实际工作经验就提高玩具中有害化学物质检测准确度, 包括在样品制备精确度、样品的前处理以及仪器测试 方面提出一些建设性的意见。 关键词:玩具检测;化学物质检测;质量检测;有害化 学物质;检测准确度 Abstract: Starting from the new requirements for the assessment of hazardous chemical substance in toys, this paper summarizes five new requirements: heavy metal elements, plasticizers, RoHS indicators, organic compounds and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. After a preliminary understanding of the basic information, the safety indicators and detection methods of various substances in toys are further discussed, such as gold test method, phthalate plasticizer detection m
ethod, RoHS detection method and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon detection method. Combined with practical work experience, some constructive suggestions are put forward to improve the detection accuracy of hazardous chemical substance in toys, including sample preparation accuracy, sample pretreatment and instrument detection.
