A leading Chinese investment bank based in Hong Kong requires a fund manager and a fund raiser. Some experience is needed, ideally in a foreign fund house. The fund raiser is expected to raise money from Asia, Europe and the US. For this position, ability to communicate eloquently with Western fund houses is a must.
(2) Boer Power (1685 HK) is looking for an investor relations champion... Boer Power is a leader in its field. It provides intelligent power distribution solutions to a growing number of customers. Its net profit surged 30% last year (on sales growth of 50%). The company's announced growth target is 30% in 2015. Despite its rapid growth, it has stayed in a net cash position. It has paid special dividends two years in a row. It needs a high-calibre professional for the capital markets, an
d investor relations. You will be expected to participate in the company's M&A activities from time to time. You may choose to be based in Hong Kong or Wuxi.
