最近身边流行起来一个词组叫做“打卡”，好多人发朋友圈或者微博都会说“今天来健身房健身啦，发个朋友圈打卡”、“今天学了Laura的21天发音，打卡”、“某某蛋糕店竟然推出了浓郁芝士蛋糕，我来打卡啦！”
打卡这个词就是根据英语“clock in”转化成的意思。
clock in 打卡 本意是白领上班族进公司前要指纹录入或者卡片录入来进行来公司上班签到这一流程，比如上班的时候同事经常会好意提醒：
Don't forget to clock in, other wise you won't get attendance.
别忘了打卡，否则会被视作缺席。
后来就延伸为：提醒、戒掉某些坏习惯所做的承诺或者为了养成一个好习惯而努力。
