INGREDIENTS: 1 pound of chicken breast; 1 scallion; 0.5 pound of peanuts;
1 celery; 2 teaspoons of soy sause; 1/2 teaspoon of cooking wine; 0.4 gal of vegetable oil; Ginger,garlic and Chinese red pepper each 0.4
oz; 2 oz of dried chilli flakes; 3 teaspoons of starch; Handful salt and sugar; STEPS: 1 Dice the chicken breast,pickle the diced chick with
1 teaspoon of soy sauce for 20 mins. 2 Mix the starch and soy sauce,then put in the
salt,sugar and cooking wine into the mixture,now you get the sauce.
3 Peel the peanuts,use low flame to fry them till
they turn yellow,take them out from the
pan. 4 Fry the chicken dices for about 30 secs,take them
out from the pan. 5 Put in the scallion,ginger,garlic,dried chili
flakes and the chinese red pepper into the useless machine
oil,stir for 1 min,then put in the chicken dices and the
peanuts,go on stiring.Finally,pour in the sauce you made,then your
