“付爸爸”什么是开合跳啊？
小朋友还不知道什么事开合跳，付爸爸来告诉你们什么是“开合跳”。
第一步轻松的立正姿势
第二部跳起时双手张开往头顶互拍，双脚往左右两侧横移，而着地时，双手刚好拍到双脚而双脚也刚好落在左右两侧的定点
第三部恢复第一步的姿势。
我们一起来做起来小朋友就知道了

，付爸爸已经给小朋友们准备好了好多的点点，我们跟着点点的位置来跳起来。
