to 就……
在其他文体的英语中，要表达与某事物相关这一语意，比较常用的是regarding或concerning.
此外in connection with,
in relation to,
relating with, with
respect to
等也可表示这一含义。但在合同英语中，这些表达的使用频率者不如in respect
of高，其原因可能在于语气上不如in
respect of
正式、庄重。
