Wind[waind] 过去式于过去分词为wound
本义为“绕”,“围绕”。“缠绕”,常跟介词roundaround)连用。
Will you wind this wool for me?
She round the wool round the back of the chair.
Pieces of wool had got themselves round the rollers of the vaccum cleaner.
Please wind this cotton round the reel.
The serpent winds round the victim.
They are winding the rope into a pole.
Thread comes wound on poles
She wound a shawl round the baby.
Wind the wire around the post.
