Fim唱片公司的马濬说：“当我在2004年出版《
声霸 -
1》的时候，我的目标是给发烧友们提供一张真正的发烧集，让这张唱片不管是在歌曲的选择方面，还是声音的控制和声质方面都明显的超过其他的同类作品。这是我第一次依照我的经验和知识来打造唱片，结果是这张唱片一出来就受到了极大的欢迎。于是我在2005的时候就决定我的出版《声霸
- 2》，而且我对自己的要求是《声霸 - 2》必须在各个方面都超过《声霸 -
1》。我运用最新的技术来灌录唱片，我想我的唱片肯定没有令我的发烧友朋友们失望。现在大家都在关注：前两张唱片都取得了巨大的成功，那么《声霸
- 3》能够在前两张唱片的基础上再加上什么呢？我想让你们来做裁判。如果唱片给你的感觉很好，那么你就尽情的享受吧！”
