在推出第一张在 Hi End 界打响名号的「Here’s To Ben」后，人称择仙花的洁辛塔（Jacintha） 在1999年，推出了这张重新诠释知名作曲家 Johnny Mercer 经典的「Autumn Leaves」。专辑中洁辛塔的歌声如同前作一般，充满著浓厚的情感，字字句句都能穿透至聆听者内心最深处。除此之外，这张广受国内外发烧友好评的佳作，后制混音作业依旧找来了业界王牌的 Bernie Grundman负责，同时也为了满足更多发烧友的需求，Groove Note 采 DSS 数位直刻的方式发行了 SACD/CD 双层版本，音质与频宽表现更为出色。
曾经出现在 Mitsubishi New Galant 电视广告中那近乎完美的 歌声— Moon River ，原曲原唱就是出自洁辛塔，空气也凝住了的演绎 。
「秋叶」是洁辛塔自「我心深处 」（Here's to Ben）后的第二张专辑，她以其卓越精湛的唱腔，晶莹剔透的声音，诠释了11首精采动听的乐曲。加上背景音乐如临场的真实感，使得这张专辑成为发烧友必败的一张！
