Ss:Tom and Amy.
T: What happens between them?
(出示上节课的板书,带着学生复述故事第2-8页的内容)
Step 2 While-reading
1. 学习第11页
Watch and answer
T: Whos Jackie? Lets watch the cartoon.
(出示第11页)
Ss: Jackie is a puppy.
T: How does Amy feel now?
Ss: Shes happy.
T: Yes. Shes excited too. Lets listen and repeat.
2. 学习第9、10页
1)学习第9页
Read and find
T: How does that happen? Lets continue to read.
T: What does Tom say?
Ss: Amy, do you want to play with my new friend?

3. Retell the story
