水侵入法膜完整性测试(WIT)的操作顺序
1. 将疏水过滤器的上游充满水
2. 关闭所有上游的阀门
3. 连接完整性测试仪 BQS-19
4. 启动测试:测试仪自动进行WIT测试
5. 测试完成同时打印测试结果
6. 打开滤壳底部的排污阀彻底排掉滤壳中的水
7. 打开滤壳的进气口和排污阀通入压缩空气
8. 开始过滤系统的过滤操作

水侵入保压法

这种方法是为测试疏水型筒式滤芯所设计的。目前用前几种方法测试时,对此类滤芯都使 用醇类浸润滤膜。由于醇类的使用会带来健康和可燃性引起的安全性问题,而用水浸入法测试时 只使用去离子水/注射用水(DI/WFI)级别的水,且滤膜不会被湿透,意味着在原理上这是一种 极具吸引力的测试方法。
水侵入保压法的原理是在干燥清洁的疏水性膜上加上水压,表面张力和毛细管张力使水被 排斥,当逐渐升高压力到一定值,水被压过膜上最大孔,此压力值被称为水侵入压力, 当所加水压略低于水侵入压力值,并隔绝上游体积,保持一定时间,使系统稳定,然后测量压力衰减值,将测量值与规定值比较就能判断滤器的完整性,这种方法称为水侵入保压法。
水侵入压力值与膜的孔径、膜的疏水性、水的纯度、水的温度、膜的洁净度、膜的干燥度等有关,影响的因素较多,在实践中要实现这种测试的重现性是很困难的。因此这种方法可作滤 器的粗检,如果水侵入保压法通过,滤器可以使用,如果通不过则用扩散流或保压法进一步进行 验证。

气源连接
将钢瓶或气泵接至仪器进气接头,连接管接口尺寸为f6 mm,并打开减压阀,压力设置为0.3~0.6 MPa,即可进行测试。系统的最高承受压力是0.6 MPa。用f6 mm 气管将测试仪出口与组件的快接相连,
即可进行泡点测试。
如果测试泡点较小的片式过滤材料,建议将仪器后侧的缓冲罐接口,出气口接口以及组件用一个三通连接,以降低压力上升速率,方便更准确地观测泡点。
