《硕人》
The
Belle
硕人其颀，
What a beauteous lady slim
and tall!
衣锦褧衣。
in silk mantle and coat like
a doll.
齐侯之子，
She's the daughter of
marquis Qi,
卫侯之妻，
Marquis Wei's wife she turns
ou
t to be.
东宫之妹，
The younger sister of the
prince she is.
邢侯之姨，
The sister-in-law of Xing's
marquis.
谭公维私。
Her brother-in-law duke Tan
is.
手如柔荑，
Her hands are as sprouts of
cagon soft.
肤如凝脂，
Her skin is so glossy just
like grease.
领如蝤蛴，
Her long neck is white
without a spot.
齿如瓠犀。
Bitter melon seeds are like
her teeth.
螓首蛾眉，
Forehead broad,eyebrows as
willow-leaves
巧笑倩兮，
Touching are her smiles as
sweets.
美目盼兮。
Souls her soft glances
seize.
硕人敖敖，
Spare is the beauty slim and
tall.
说于农郊。
By the field parks her cart
like a hall
四牡有骄，
Robust are the four
steeds
朱幩镳镳，
with red silk deco on their
bits.
翟茀以朝。
To court the feathered carts
stroll.
大夫夙退，
Officials withdraw early
from the court.
无使君劳。
Some leisure time the king
has got.
河水洋洋，
The vast white Huanghe River
surges on.
北流活活。
Into the sea it gurgles all
the way down.
施罛濊濊，
Brawls the fishing net
cast
鱣鲔发发，
Fishes in water rustle
fast.
葭菼揭揭。
Long are reeds on
riverside.
庶姜孽孽，
Bridesmaids are tall
as the bride.
庶士有朅。
The suite men are prettily
bright.

好个修美的女郎，
麻纱罩衫锦绣裳。
她是齐侯的女儿，
她是卫侯的新娘，
她是太子的阿妹，
她是邢侯的小姨，
谭公又是她姊丈。
手像春荑好柔嫩，
肤如凝脂多白润，
颈似蝤蛴真优美，
齿若瓠子最齐整。
额角丰满眉细长，
嫣然一笑动人心，
秋波一转摄人魂。
好个高挑的女郎，
车歇郊野农田旁。
看那四马多雄健，
红绸系在马嚼上，
华车徐驶往朝堂。
诸位大夫早退朝，
今朝莫太劳君王。
黄河之水白茫茫，
北流入海浩荡荡。
下水鱼网哗哗动，
戏水鱼儿刷刷响，
两岸芦苇长又长。
陪嫁姑娘身材高，
随从男士貌堂堂！
