如果陶哲轩在中国内地成长，他的数学天才可能被埋没，他也可能卷入中国数学界的一些恩怨情仇。
截稿时间过后，陶哲轩的父亲陶象国给我发来一封电邮，其中写到：

看来，陶哲轩对俄罗斯人佩雷尔曼的评价甚高。
