On Dec 3, 2015, the county government of Togtoh, Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, signed a cooperation agreement with WUTA International Cultural Development Company of Beijing on building up China Israel Innovation and Entrepreneurship Demonstration Park - which includes 5 projects:
1. The China-Israel center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship
4. The Wisdom Botanical Garden- which will include special demonstration spots of Jewish Bible stories and Chinese wisdom stories
5. Israeli Cost Effective Agricultural Demonstration Park.

It is important to mention that the county of Togtoh, Hohhot inner Mongolia is relatively very near toChinacapital city - Beijing, and from now will be open to new and futuristic international innovation and creative education.
Therefore, it was agreed that the Togtoh county government will invest in the initial stage of the project more than 200 million RNB. The project will be managed by WUTA International in the later stage.
In order to initiate this project the first China-Israel Innovation and Entrepreneurship Strategic Think Tank will be established which will include experts Inner Mongolia, WUTA International Cultural Development Company of Beijing and guests from PenZA international Perception Lab fromIsrael.
The Think Tank will organize open classes on Israeli innovation wisdom in universities around the country, and start interior quarterly journal in Chinese and English called China-Israel Innovation and Entrepreneurship Wisdom, so as to expand influence of the Think Tank in academic and business fields. It will write up book series for China-Israel Innovation and Entrepreneurship, inviting Chinese and Israeli specialists to partake in its publication.
The Think-Tank will also be opening up China-Israel Innovation and Entrepreneurship grand classes, organizing annual China-Israel Innovation and Entrepreneurship Summit Forum, China-Israel Educational Summit Forum, China-Israel Music and Art Festival. And it will also be inviting Israeli experts and Nobel Prize winners visitingChina, for the purpose of enlarging social and economic interests in the project.

Prof’ He Xiongfei, has been one ofChina’s most important experts for Jewish wisdom over the last 2 decades. He has the largest private library of Jewish books in China and has written over 20 books about Jewish wisdom and is an expert on studying and applying Israeli education and Jewish wisdom,
He is the chief researcher of China Jewish Economic and Cultural Research Center, a council member of China Education Association Family Education Special Committee, the deputy director of Inner Mongolia Cultural and Business Association in Beijing. He is also one of the independent economist of CECU-50, and a visiting professor of Tsinghua University, Nankai University and Xiamen University.
Prof’ He Xiongfei, is the founder of Talmud and Chinese Studies Education Innovation System, the founder of education model called Learning by Wisdom and Question-Oriented Studies. He is a prominent contemporary publisher (used to be the chief editor of Grassland Tribes Black Horse Book Series),

Mr. Grinboim is the Chairman of PenZA Perception Lab, and Israeli based International think-tank for Innovation and Creative Entrepreneurship. He has been involved in the field of human development and teaching for nearly 40 years. He is the leading educational researcher of amongst other projects, he is responsible for the development of the 5 Intelligence model (5iN) of education.

He has founded and led a number of consulting companies and organizations during his four decades as a senior international consultant and author. Amongst others, he was a co-founder of the Plasma Team – an innovative incubator that worked in academic institutions and governmental ministries.

Prof’ Ezri Tarazi is a Professor and a former chair of the Masters Program in Industrial Design (M.Des) at Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem. He is a founding member of PenZA Perception and is a member of the Israeli High Education Council, in which he is responsible of the Post Doctorate exchange programs betweenIsraelandChinaand
He is a former partner of the IDEO consulting firm inIsraeland the founder of the “dVision” program of Keter Plastic, a Design Lab that acts as a unique model for innovation and cooperation between Academy and the business sector.
Prof. Tarazi is and has been involved in a variety of startup ventures in multiple industries and has initiated and designed innovative products with widespread distribution. He also acts as a lead consultant to the Israeli Ministry of Trade for promoting innovation in low-tech industries. He is the author of זD -”Fostering Goods” – a new book presenting a unique approach for Design Thinking.
