中国是世界文明古国之一，是盛产诗歌的伟大国度。五千年诗歌史，源远流长，灿烂辉煌。自诗祖尹吉甫创作、收集、整理中国诗歌以来，流派众多，样式繁复，成果丰硕。
China is one of the world's ancient civilizations and a great country rich in poetry. The five thousand year history of poetry has a long history and brilliance. Since Yin Jifu, the founder of poetry, created, collected and sorted out Chinese poetry, there have been many schools, complex styles and fruitful results.
为立足中国诗歌传统，彰显中国诗歌特色，突出中国诗歌风格，弘扬中国诗歌精神，于此，四川尹才干特倡议探索实践“中国十六行诗”创作。
In order to stand on the tradition of Chinese poetry, highlight the characteristics of Chinese poetry, highlight the style of Chinese poetry and carry forward the spirit of Chinese poetry, Sichuan Yin Caicai specially proposed to explore and practice the creation of 'Chinese sixteen line poetry'.

一、创作原则。在创作上，不拘泥于古典诗歌的平仄对仗，但要讲究诗意的生成、意境的营造，要灵活运用大量的时代语言，适当运用中华新韵，要有节奏感和韵律美，读起来朗朗上口，易记易诵。
1．Creative principles. In terms of creation, we should not stick to the antithesis between the level and level of classical poetry, but pay attention to the generation of poetic flavor and the creation of artistic conception. We should flexibly use a large number of times language, appropriately use Chinese new rhyme, have a sense of rhythm and rhythmic beauty, read it fluently, easy to remember and recite.
二、创作形式。每句字数不定、节数限定四节、行数限定十六行、有一定节奏和韵律(双句押大致相同的韵，不定仄韵)，包括十六行新格律体诗歌、十六行新自由体（正十六行、花十六行）诗歌。
2．Creative form. The number of words in each sentence is indefinite, the number of sections is limited to four, and the number of lines is limited to sixteen lines. It has a certain rhythm and rhythm (two sentences have roughly the same rhyme, indefinite tonal rhyme), including sixteen line new metrical poetry and sixteen line new free style poetry (regular sixteen lines and flower sixteen lines).
三、创作方法。遵循中华民族传统诗歌语言的基本特征，如音乐性、精炼性、形象性……起承转合结构性等；从中国优秀诗歌独特的诗性因素传统出发，找到文化与精神的“根”，并将其融合到新诗艺术的探索之中。
3． Creative methods. Follow the basic characteristics of the traditional Chinese poetic language, such as musicality, refinement, visualization, transition, structure and so on; Starting from the unique poetic factor tradition of Chinese excellent poetry, this paper finds the 'root' of culture and spirit, and integrates it into the exploration of new poetry art.
四、创作风格。具有重抒情，语序灵活，词语组合多变的风格。尤其是古体型诗歌，诗型整齐，对偶普遍。词性靠所处句子中的位置确定。常省略人称和主语。形成委婉、含蓄、淡远、空灵的风格。
4．Creative style. It has the style of emphasizing lyricism, flexible word order and changeable word combination. In particular, ancient poetry has neat poetic form and universal duality. The part of speech is determined by the position in the sentence. People and subjects are often omitted. Form a euphemistic, implicit, distant and ethereal style.
五、创作特质。现实感强、生活感浓、短小精悍、明白晓畅、韵律明显、雅俗共赏，是其基本特质

心常新，诗常新。只要我们永远保持创新之心，不断实践探索中国十六行诗，我相信，不远的将来，中国十六行诗就一定能够立于中国文学之林、世界文学之林。
The heart is always new, and the poem is always new. As long as we always keep the heart of innovation and constantly practice and explore Chinese sixteen line poetry, I believe that in the near future, Chinese sixteen line poetry will be able to stand in the forest of Chinese literature and the forest of world literature.
