如何在NCBI与UCSC找到T2T-CHM13

NCBI 1.访问NCBI官网https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/
2.在界面右侧的Popular Resources中点Genome
3.在Custom resources下点Human Genome
4.往下拖页面，在Browse下点Genome（Summary of genome-scale human data）
5.稍微往下拖一下页面，
点击Browse all 1,090 genomes
6.此时页面跳转，在下方的表格中第2行便为T2T-CHM13v2.0基因组，点击该名称便可进一步访问了
PS:最后的页面中有24个核型的简图，点击相应的图标可定向访问位于该染色体的全部信息
PS:直接访问：https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/datasets/genome/GCF_009914755.1/


UCSC
1.访问UCSC官网https://genome.ucsc.edu/
2.将鼠标移至菜单栏中（蓝底白字）Genomes上，页面自动弹出下拉选项，第3个便Human T2T CHM13/hs1
