Considering the great damage of
overdue pressure, college students should learn how to relieve
stress and strain. To begin with, we should set clear and
realizable aims in study and life, such as achieving 500 marks in
CET. In that case, we will not get lost and our mind will get
settled. In addition, attending collective activities is effective
way to release pressure. Besides, if finding that there is
psychological risk which we cannot overcome, we’d better turn to
the psychological aid center for their guidance.
As to me, my
pressure is mainly form future employment. On the one hand, I
consult a few graduates who studied the same major with me, getting
a general idea of the present job market. On the other hand, I
resort to my parents, asking them analyze my advantages and
disadvantages so as to produce a practical job objection. Through
their advice, I get to know what I should do and I believe I can
attain an ideal job after graduation.

kinds of popular entrainment activities, for example, birthday

The blindness in
