【摘要】：既有污名研究所面临的困境和主要问题在于将“特质/差异”作为污名的根源，并对其存在着本质主义认知误区；而对更重要的核心问题和实质性关系却未予以足够关注。也由于同样的原因，既有污名研究甚而在一定程度上促进了污名和歧视的生产与再生产，需要后续研究引以警惕和反思。
