keep spirits/strength/morale up: to stay
happy, strong, confident etc, by making an effort.
e.g. We sang as we marched to keep our spirits

在英语标题中, 为了简洁需要,
通常只出现实词，而把虚词、冠词、介词、助动词、连词等略去，省略是英语新闻标题的一大特点。
fit in (well) = get on/ along (well) :

eg: She doesn’t fit in with the rest of the
class.
