按国别搞金牌排行是违反奥林匹克宪章的

奥林匹克宪章第58条明文规定，国际奥委会（IOC）和奥运会组委会（OCOG）不得设立国家奖牌榜，但是，在北京奥组委版权所有的官方网站上，却有专门的排行榜网页，冠名曰总奖牌榜。。。。。。。呵呵，连宪章都公然冒犯，你要跟我说国家主义精神没有盖过奥林匹克精神，我是死活不会相信的。。。。。。（此处修正，感谢来自西雅图的不知名网友）

经查，其实，在雅典奥运组委会（OCOG）和国际奥委会（IOC）上，都有所有奖牌依国别的详细信息，且均按照获得奖牌数自多而少排列。这一行为当然隐藏着与宪章第58条的冲突，因此，为了使得该信息展现不与宪章第58条冲突，不让人误解为官方排行榜（ranking），在页面上都有解释。

2004OCOG的文字是：

换言之，他们都特别注意要避免给人以ranking的印象，以实现和宪章第58条的妥协，你可以说这不过是掩耳盗铃，因为，这个信息展示终归是按照奖牌获得数多寡，而非按照国别字母顺序；依照奖牌数自多而少排列，无排行榜之名，而已有其实；
反观北京08奥组委的官网，大大地突出强化了总奖牌榜的设置，而没有给予任何解释，以避免冒犯宪章第58条。当然，从实际效果上来看，既然早有其实在先，其名则未必重要了，是否冠名为总奖牌榜或ranking ，差别并不太大，所以，我愿意收回我上面的苛刻评价。
然而，这样不加解释的总奖牌榜，依旧是对宪章第58条的冒犯，在我看来，这依旧显示出缺乏对规则的尊重，以及显示出，哪怕是在形式上对条文的尊重，也并非考虑的重点。
