The
Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requires
certain workplace injuries and illnesses to be reported, and these
are known as OSHA recordable. An injury that results in a
diagnostic X-ray, and consequently leads to lost work days, is most
likely OSHA recordable. But an X-ray that does not identify an
injury, and with no lost work time, is not necessarily OSHA
recordable.
