谈谈今年的热词“失联”及其英语表达法

2014年3月8日，马来西亚航空公司称与一架航班号为MH370的飞机失去了联系，中文媒体采用了“失联”报道此事件。从此，“失联”一词也频频代替常用的“失踪”或“消失”出现在中文媒体和人们的语言中， 如“女大学生失联”， “副市长失联”， “地税局长失联”等。
据百度高级搜索结果：“失联”在所有网页和文件中出现了约58,100,000个， 但其中的57,600,000个却是在最近的一年内出现的，占99.14%。这很可能是马航“失联”引发的词汇仿用效果。
