摘 要：通过对国外三大法律数据库LexiNexis、Westlaw International、HeinOnline的收录内容、数据更新及其特色优势等方面的详细分析与对比，能够较全面的展示出三大法律数据库各自的特点与价值，从而可以对数据库采选人员以及使用和研究这些数据库的用户提供一些参考和借鉴。
