面粉，燕麦，黄油，糖和蜜的体积，重量换算

经常到英文网站上找做甜点的Recipe, 有的是磅，有的盎司（是体积还是重量？），最要命的是杯，液体我还好理解，黄油也用杯？那怎么装呢？我实在 面粉，燕麦，黄油，糖和蜜的体积，重量换算......　
后面还附有不同单位的换算方法。

Measuring Spoons


1 Tablespoon = .5 fluid oz or 14.79 ml
3 tsp = 1 Tablespoon
4 Tablespoons = 1/4 cup
16 Tablespoons = 1 cup

例如　Butter
当你知道一杯黄油8 oz, 1 ounce = 28.34 grams，你就可以自己计算 28.34 gX8=227g
一杯黄油重227 g，下面的随之都得到了。
1/4 cup of butter = 57 g
1/3 cup of butter = 76 g
1/2 cup of butter = 113 g
