寒露已过,北方秋高气爽,深圳每天的温度还很高,但也渐有秋意,早晚凉爽,时常还能感到口舌干燥,皮肤皱裂,分享一道适合秋日的鲜汤,用滋阴润燥的玉竹、健脾润肠清肺的无花果和鸡一起煲汤,做起来容易,所以食材处理干净放汤锅煲够时间,汤清香回甘不容错过。

【玉竹无花果煲鸡】


主料:
鸡肉 半只(约600g)


辅料:
2片
玉竹 20g
无花果 6粒


调料:
适量


做法:
1.鸡洗净剁块,玉竹、无花果冲洗干净,姜去皮切片;
2.鸡肉放入冷水锅中,不盖锅盖大火煮滚后转中火继续煮5分钟至鸡肉吐尽血水;
3.捞出吐尽血水的鸡肉冲洗干净沥干;

4.将所有食材放入汤锅,并加入1800ML清水;
5.盖上锅盖,先中火煮滚后转小火煲1.5小时;
6.煲好后,适量盐调味即可关火。

Tips:
1.煲汤的水量,根据食材的量和所用的锅具等适当调整;

2.水要一次性加足,煲汤途中实在需要加水,要加开水。
