草莓酱

500g 草莓
150g 白糖
一个中等大小苹果
一汤匙柠檬汁
草莓一切四,跟糖一起放进锅里中火,边煮边压,加入切碎的苹果块一起煮,中小火15分钟后关火。(个人经验是感觉搅拌的木勺用手指划过果汁不越界了即可)。加苹果是因为苹果的果胶比较多,容易形成果酱。大约可以煮成一杯半,大约400ml的样子,照此准备果酱瓶。果酱瓶洗净最好在沸水里煮十几秒后晾干待用。果酱要凉透后再装瓶。
