庆应义塾-巴黎政治学院双学士项目
The Keio-Sciences Po Double BA
Programme offers you a unique opportunity to
develop your intellectual and professional capabilities from a
cross-cultural and Euro-Asian perspective. In this Programme you
will specialize in the social sciences with a major focus on
economics. Upon completion of the requirements of both
institutions, you will be awarded two BA
degrees: a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Sciences Po and a Bachelor of
Arts in Economics from Keio.
The Programme includes two years of study at the Sciences Po
Europe-Asia Campus in Le Havre, and one and a half years of study
at the Keio University Mita Campus in Tokyo. Members in the same
cohort of this Programme, whether admitted directly by Sciences Po
or transferred from Keio, will study together for three and a half
years in two countries and campuses, while building long-lasting
relationships. After graduation, you will be eligible for admission
to a Sciences Po graduate programme just like all Sciences Po
alumni. There is a further option of taking part in the Double
Masters Degree Programme offered by Keio University and Sciences
Po.

Programme Structure

Year 1 and Year 2:
第一年和第二年
In the first two years, you will follow the standard
curriculum offered at the Sciences Po Europe-Asia Campus. In order
to fulfill the double degree requirements, you will be given
specific advice on how to organize your course schedule. This
includes choosing economics courses from among the electives and
taking an extra course in the scientific humanities.
在前两年里，学生完成在巴黎政治学院的基本课程。并会有关于选课的专业意见以满足双学位的要求，其中包括可选择的经济课和额外的科技人文课。
Year 3 and Year 4:
第三年和第四年
In the April of your second year, while studying in Le Havre,
you will officially enter Keio University’s Faculty of Economics as
a third-year student. After completing the two-year course work at
Sciences Po, you will move to Tokyo to start the Keio portion of
the Programme in the autumn of your third year. Consulting with
Programme Coordinators, you will carefully plan course registration
at Keio to satisfy degree requirements.
During your three semesters at Keio, you will mainly take
advanced courses in economics and related fields. You can satisfy
the degree requirements by taking courses taught in English. You
are also welcome to register for lectures and seminars taught in
Japanese. In addition, you will have the opportunity to take
Japanese language courses at Keio’s Center for Japanese Studies and
develop your linguistic skills further.
第二年的四月份，在勒阿弗尔学习的同时学生正式地以三年级学生的身份进入庆应义塾经济学院。结束了两年在巴政的学习后，学生前往日本完成在庆应义塾的学习。授课语言是英语，而学生的主要研究方向则是经济。当然，学生也可以自由选择日文授课的公选课和讨论课，同时也可以选择日语语言课去提升语言能力。
Tuition and Scholarship
学费与奖学金
As a Double BA Programme student, you will pay tuition and
fees to the school where you are in residence, that is, to Sciences
Po during the first two years, and to Keio during the last one and
a half years of study.
作为双项目学生，学费根据当年所在的学校来决定。也就是说支付两年巴政的学费和一年半庆应义塾的学费。以下链接分别为巴黎政治学院和庆应义塾的学费情况。

Keio University will award students who have joined the
Programme through Sciences Po’s regular admission procedure a lump
sum scholarship of 300,000 yen from the Hirai Scholarship Fund when
they begin their study at Keio in the third year.
庆应义塾Hirai奖学金提供给通过巴政录取的学生第三年300000日元的资助。
Housing
住宿
While in Le Havre, you will receive priority from Sciences Po
housing services. In Tokyo, Keio University will make efforts to
ensure that students in the Double BA Programme will receive
priority access to Keio University Housing.
在勒阿弗尔期间，学生会优先得到巴政住宿服务。庆应义塾也会优先提供学生在大学的住宿。
How to apply

Applicants can submit a candidacy through Keio or Sciences
Po’s procedure. So as to be candidate through the International
Procedure of Sciences Po, students need to submit a file on
topapply,http://admissions.sciences-po.fr/en/node/603
. They are invited to mention and defend their motivation for
the double degree programme in their letter of intent.
