Double-blind Trials

TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) can
effectively
treat many diseases, and even many very
serious
ones, all of which are proved by a
large number
of objective facts, and such objective
facts are
often introduced on
television.
However, whenever faced with these
objective
facts, some guys always sarcastically
say,
'Have these treatment methods
undergone double-blind trials ?'
Such a word may sound very
professional, but in
fact, it's very nonsense
!
In fact, when faced with a kind of very
serious
disease, if a doctor cannot effectively
treat it
on his own, once he has discovered an
effective
treatment method to this disease, he
should
carefully analyze and evaluate this
effective
treatment method.
Of course, if he really doesn't
understand such
an effective treatment method, he can
also
question this treatment method; If he
is really
not interested, he can turn a blind eye
to the
treatment method.
But he should neither unconditionally
deny this
effective treatment method, nor use the
props
such as 'Double-blind
trials' to mislead or
deceive patients.
Such kind of words sound very
professional, but
in fact, some guys often
use such words like
'Double-blind trials' to conceal their
own
ignorance, incompetence, paranoia and
laziness !
As a doctor, anyone should be committed
to
effective treatment of diseases to
provide real
medical services for patients in a
timely manner,
rather than just being acting
as a pupil in
front of
double-blind trials !
In fact, before implementing a
double-blind
trial to any
treatment method for a very
serious disease, the following three
rigid
indicators should be completed to meet
the
prerequisites of the double-blind trial
to
ensure that this double-blind trial is
not
meaningless.
1.This treatment method increases the
effective
rate of treating this disease at least
30%, or
there are at least 50 actual successful
cases
of
this disease.
2. Reduce the patient's pain index by
at least
30%.
3. Reduce the treatment cost of
patients'
disease by at least 30%
Only in this way can we ensure that
there is
truly sufficient sample space for the
upcoming
double-blind trial so that it can
further
ensuring
that the results of the double-blind
trial are trustworthy.
If a double-blind trial is conducted
without
such prerequisites, then this
double-blind
trial may be
of neither academic value nor
reference value.
Of course, perhaps such kind of
double-blind
trial makes it easier for some guys to
obtain
professional diplomas, professional
titles or
research funding, but such benefits are
irrelevant
to all of us as patients or potential
patients.
In fact, double-blind trials are only
technical
specifications at the medical
technology level,
but now some guys often use
double-blind
trials to discredit TCM, and they
always
succeed, it is extremely absurd
!
Objectively speaking, their such
behavior is
essentially malicious use of medical
technology to hinder the development of
medical science !
Of course, these guys may not strictly
follow
this approach to deal with Western
medicine,
but they never be so polite to deal
with TCM !
All of these have also allowed us as
patients
or potential patients to discover the
serious
shortcomings of certain professionals
in terms
of their own professional knowledge, to
the
extent that
They do professional things
very
absurdly,
while they can do lying
things very professionally
In this way, when faced with a large
number
of objective facts, those guys
persistently
deny all of these objective facts, and
they
even never feel ashamed !
In fact, when it comes to medical
science,
for anyone, even as a patient or
potential
patient, the first and maybe only
things
he needs to focus on are just objective
facts and actual therapeutic effects
contained in these
facts.
As for the rest of professional
rhetoric,
if such
professional rhetoric denies all
of relative objective facts and
all of
the actual therapeutic effects contained
in these objective facts, then such
professional rhetoric is
nothing but
nonsense.
It is because that only the
combination
of
'objective facts+actual
therapeutic
effects' is the only DNA double strand
that can give birth to medical science,
and the same time, only the DNA double
strand composed of the combination
of 'objective facts+actual therapeutic
effects' is the only intrinsic driving
force for promoting the healthy
development of medical science !
So, it's no need for all of us to
be
superstitious about double-blind
trials at all and it should have
been
in this way from the very
beginning
and it should never be changed
!
