Aerobics is a form

健美操可以说是一项大众健身运动(男女老少都可以,不过需要一定的体力 ),并且可以说是一项团体运动,最好能有三个或三个以上的人一起,那样比较有感觉。动感的音乐、充满活力且强劲有力的动作,可以一定程度上缓解工作压力。
我经常会配着音乐跳一跳,不过说实话,节奏还是可以把握住,但动作就不是太标准、到位了。因为,要想真正把健美操跳好的话,还得多花点时间天天练才行。我有兴趣,但目的只是健身,所以就对自己放松要求啦!哈哈!
