我们经常在不同品牌的变频器、伺服器里见到由A3120和A316组成的逆变驱动电路。下面是本人根据某品牌变频器的IGBT驱动电路实物画出的电子线路图,以供兴趣者参考。
我们先来认识光耦:A3120 ( HCPL-3120 )

Description
The HCPL-3120 consists of a GaAsP LED optically coupled to an
integrated circuit with a power
output stage. This optocoupler is ideally suited for driving power
IGBTs and MOSFETs used in
motor control inverter applications. The high operating voltage
range of the output stage provides the drive voltages required by
gate controlled devices. The
voltage and current supplied by this optocoupler makes it
ideallysuited for directly driving IGBTs with ratings up to 1200
V/100 A. For IGBTs with higher ratings, the HCPL-3120 can be used
to drive a discrete power stage which drives the IGBT gate.
