n. 龙头，阀门；塞子；电话窃听；（补鞋的）掌子

 be preparing for 是使用的动词的现在进行时态，“正在为……（for后面的介词宾语部分）做准备；”
be prepared for把prepare的过去分词当形容词使用，“已经把……（for后面的介词宾语部分）准备好了。”
