系统概述: The Safedock system is based
on laser scanning and distance
measuringtechnology,
and it tracks the lateral
and longitudinal position of
theaircraft. All
ne
cessary information, such as azimuth
guidance, distance to
stop, aircraft type,
door in use etc is shown
on an alphanumeric LED display that is clearly visible
for both pilots. SAFEDOCK 系统使用激光扫描和测距技术来跟踪飞机的横向和纵向位置。方位角提示、距停止线的距离和机型等必要信息将在LED屏上显示,以便对正副飞行员清晰可见。 二、 Operational
states 运行状态 The SAFEDOCK system has four
operational states and also
amaintenance
mode: SAFEDOCK 系统有四个运行状态和一个维护模式: (a) Ready (the system is
idling, waiting for a command;
Stand can becleared) 待机状态 (系统空闲,等待命令;机位清空) (b) Scheduled (an initiate-docking
command has been received
fromGOS, if
applicable) 预定状态 (从GOS
接到一个停泊开始命令) (c) Active (docking has been
started) 激活状态

手动操作板: 1、Pre-arrival check (At least
15 mins before aircraft
arrival) 飞机到达前检测(至少在飞机到达前15
分钟) (a)、Ensure parking stand is
clear of obstruction
. 确保停靠机位无障碍。 (b)、Ensure PLB wheels are
parked within the white parking
boxes. 确保塑料轮档放置在白色放置区。 (c)、(1)
Start docking by schedule flight
预订航班激活 Ten minutes before aircraft
arrival,the
flightinformation
is sent to the ADGS.The
operatorpanel
display aircraft type,flight number.Press'OK' after crew
at the scene the check
itcorrectly. 在航班到达十分钟前,本地泊位单元接收到航班信息,手动操作板上显示航班号和对应的机型。地面站坪人员核实信息正确后,按“OK”(确认)对应的按键无须输入密码。 (2) Local start of docking
本地激活 If the stand doesnt receive
the flight,or
whenthe flight
information is wrong, crew at
thescene press
the key corresponding 'Shutdown' to close the
schedule flight,press the key-
'Start Dock',and
then select the aircraftby hand,the number is
‘1111’. 如该机位未接收到航班信息,或者本地 机位航班信息机型错误,现场机务按“shut down”(关闭)对应的软按键关闭该预订航班。点击“启动泊位”按键,然后手工选择机型,需输入密码,本机场的密码是1111。 (d)、Operator panel will display
the selected aircraft
type,flight number(Active by
Scheduled) &'TEST'. The ADGS
will start to conductcalibration check before
docking during thistime the LED housing
will display 'WAIT'. 手动操作板上显示已选机型,航班号(预定航班激活)和“TEST”(测试)。ADGS
将进行引导前校准检测,同时LED 屏显示“WAIT”(等待)。 (e)、When
calibration check is completed
and system ready,
operator panel will display the
selected A/Ctype
& ' flight number'( Actived
by Scheduled) &LED housing will
display A/C type, The
floatingarrows
indicate that the system is
activatedand in
capture mode, searching for
anapproaching
aircraft.System
will remainin
this state for up to 30
minutes. 校准检测完成后,系统处于激活状态。操作板上显示已选飞机的机型、航班号(预定航班激活) ,LED 显示屏显示机型,并有闪烁箭头提示系统处于捕获状态,开始搜寻入位飞机。系统可保持此激活状态30
分钟。 2、Aircraft arrival 飞机抵达 1) After 30 minutes of Pre
Arrival check,the
system will close the
dockingstatus
automatically.The
system should be re-actived in
time. 在到达前检测激活30
分钟后,系统将自动关闭激活状态。请及时重新激活系统。 A、(1)
Re-Select A/C on the panel
if it is Local start of
docking。 由本地激活的,在面板上重新选择机型。 (2) If it is started by
scheduleflight,you can re-active
throughpressing the
key corresponding to“Start Flight'. 由预订航班激活的,通过点击“Start
Flight”可重新激活此航班。 B、Display
will show 'WAIT' 显示屏提示“WAIT”(等待)。 C、Wait
till Operator panel shows A/C
type & flight number(Actived
by Scheduled) and 'ACTIVE'
(proceed to below item
D)。 等待至操作板显示机型、航班号(预定航班激活)和“ACTIVE”( 激活)(过程如下述D

housing will display rolling
arrows and aircraft

aircraft enters the gate, The
yellow arrow in the azimuth
display, will indicate
the lateral position of the
aircraft with respect to
thecenterline, and
a red flashing arrow will
indicate the direction to
steer.Operator
panel will display the selected
aircraft type & 'TRACKING'.When the aircraft
has been identified, operator
panel will display theselected aircraft type
& 'IDENTIFIED'. 飞机入位时,方位角显示器黄色箭头将指示飞机中轴线位置,红色光标引导飞机驾驶方向,手动操作板显示已选机型和“TRACKING”(捕获)。机型确认后,手动操作板操作板显示已选机型和“IDENTIFIED”(机型确认)。 Note:If
aircraft travels too fast, LED
housing will display
'SLOW'& 'DOWN'
alternatively.At
the same time,the pilot shoulddecelerate;the ground staff
should be vigilant. If aircraft
typeverification is
not established within 12 meters
from the stop position, the
display unit will indicate
STOP/ID FAIL.Theground staff should
check if the plane entered
the wrong gate.Ifit
isright,the ground staff
should complete the docking by
hand. 注意:如果飞机滑行过快,LED
显示屏将提示减速“SLOW”和“DOWN”,此时飞行员应减速滑行,地面人员须提高警惕。在距离停止线12 米时仍未确认机型,显示单元提示“STOP/ID
FAIL”(停止/机型识别失败),此时地面工作人员应确认飞机是否入错机位。在保证正确情况下,应改为人工完成引导飞机入位。 F、 After aircraft has stopped
at the stop-bar, operator panel
will display the
selected aircraft type &
'DOCKING OK' & LED housing
willdisplay 'STOP'
with a red stop symbol,
followed by 'OK'. 飞机在停止线停稳后,手动操作板显示已选机型和“DOCKING
OK”(引导成功),LED 显示屏以红色字符显示“STOP”(停止),然后显示“OK”(成功)。 Note:If
aircraft stop beyond the
stop-bar, LED housing
will display 'TOOFAR”. This will also
be indicated onthe Operator Panel.The crew at
thescene judges
whether the trailer is needed
to push the plane tothe stop bar. 注意:如果飞机滑过停止线过远,LED
屏显示“Too Far”(过线)。此提示也在手动操作板上显示。此时现场机务判断是否需要调动拖车将飞机推至正确停止位。 四、 Abnormal
conditions 异常情况 If an object is blocking
the view from the SAFEDOCK
laser-scanning unittoward the stop
position of the selected
aircraft type, the system will
beunable to
perform the docking procedure.
When an object is
detectedbetween the
laser scanning unit and the
stop position, the system will
haltthe docking
procedure and display a GATE
BLOCK warning and a WAITmessage. When the
blocking object is removed, the
docking procedurewill be
resumed. 如果其它物体影响了激光扫描系统的视域,系统将中止停泊过程。若有一物体在DGS 波为引导单元扫描镜和停止位置间,系统也将中断停泊过程,并显示“GATE BLOCK”警告信息,和“WAIT”信息,障碍物移除后,引导过程将继续进行。 When objects are detected close
to the DGS system and its
laserwindow ,the
system will halt the docking
procedure and display a
VIEWBLOCK warning and WAIT
message. 如果检测到靠近DGS
系统和它的激光窗口处有污物或其它物体,系统将停止停泊过程,并且显示“VIEW BLOCK”警告信息和’WAIT”信息。 五、 Abnormal
docking condition 异常的停泊条件: Whatever the abnormal docking
condition is,the
docking system willprompt it through
the LED display and the
operator panel.Crew
at thescene
should report the message to
the maintenance personnel. 任何异常条件,泊位引导系统会在LED
显示屏和手动操作板上给予信息提示。现场机务人员应将该提示信息及时上报维护人员。 (a) Downgrade 天气比较恶劣 (b) Gate blocked 机位阻挡 (c) View blocked 视域阻挡 (d) ID Fail 机型识别失败 (e) SBU stop SBU 暂不可修复错误导致停止 (f) Error XXX 自检错误类型 六、 Safety Features
安全特性 1、In
caseof emergency, when
system is in tracking mode,
press Emergency Stop
Buttons immediately. The LED
housing will display
'stop'. 在系统处于捕获模式下,遇到紧急情况,立即按下紧急停止按钮,LED
显示屏显示“STOP”(停止)。 2、If wrong
aircraft type has been selected,
select 'Abort' the docking from
the operator panel &
follow item 3 above 如果机型选择错误,可通过手动操作板选择“Shut
down”(中止)泊位引导,按上述3(机型重选)重新操作。 3、wheneverthere
is a breakdown or Error
message on Display or
Operator panel.Please call
XXX. 任何时候发现造成引导中止,或LED
显示屏或者手动操作面板有错误 信息提示,请致电XXXX。 Note: 1. Thecrew should
be around the Op-panel, and
also should see the LED
display clearly so as
to stop the docking system
while meeting theabnormal situation. 2.Theactive
status of the docking unit
will last 30 minutes. Please
reactive the system after
it work about 25 minutes
if the aircrafts havenot reached.So as to make
the system active when the
aircrafts come. 3.Crewat the
scene should have a basic
knowledge about “thepilot instruction for
Visual Docking Guidance System'.
Please read theattached files-Pilot
instruction. 注意: 1、机务人员须在飞机入位过程中,处于手动操作板旁,并可观测到显示单元,保证在必要情况下可及时停止自动泊位引导系统。 2、泊位引导系统激活后,激活状态持续30 分钟,如飞机尚未到达,在激活25
分钟后及时重新激活,以保证系统在飞机入位时,系统处于激活工作状态。 3、现场机务应对“目视停靠引导系统飞行员指南”有基本的了解。 七、Pilot instructions for
Visual Docking Guidance
System 目视停靠引导系统飞行员指南 1. START-OF-DOCKING 启动停靠系统 When the system is started,
‘WAIT’ will be displayed. 系统启动后,显示“WAIT
(等待)”。 2. CAPTURE 捕获 The floating arrows indicate that
the system is activatedand in capture mode,
searching for an approaching
aircraft. 闪动的箭头表明系统已被激活且处于捕获模式,对靠近的机型进行检测。 It shall be checked that
the correct aircraft type is
played.The LEAD-IN
line shall be followed. 检查航空器类型是否正确。跟随引导线滑行。 3. TRACKING 跟踪 When the aircraft has been
caught by the laser, the
floatingarrow is
replaced by the yellow center
line indicator. 航空器被激光扫描仪捕获后,闪动箭头将被如图所示黄色中心线(停靠进度条)代替。 A flashing red arrow indicates
the direction to turn. 红色的闪动图标表明航空器的转向。 The vertical yellow arrow shows
position in relation to
thecenter line.
This indicator gives correct
position and azimuthguidance. 垂直的黄色箭头表示航空器距中轴线的位置。这个指示器指出航空器的正确位置并进行方位引导。 4. CLOSING RATE 停泊进度 Display of digital countdown will
start when the aircraftis 30 meters from
stop position. 航空器距泊位30
米后,开始出现距离倒计数信息。 When the aircraft is less
than 12 meter from the
stopposition,the closing rate is
indicated by turning off
onerow of
the center line symbol per
0.5 meters, coveredby the aircraft.
Thus, when the last row
is turned off,0.5 meter remains to
stop. 当航空器距停泊位12
米时,停泊进度条将逐行关闭,每关闭一行相当于航空器前进0.5 米。当最后一行关闭时,到停止位置只剩0.5m。 5. ALIGNED TO CENTRE 对准中线 The aircraft is eight meters
from the stop position.
Theabsence of
any direction arrow indicates an
aircraft onthe
center line. 如图,航空器距停止位置8米 时,如果不显示任何方向箭头则表明航空器处于中轴线上。 6. SLOW DOWN 减速 If the aircraft is approaching
faster than the acceptedspeed, the system
will show ‘SLOW DOWN’ as
awarning to
the pilot. 如果航空器的速度超过系统设定的限制速度,系统将向飞行员显示“SLOW DOWN”(减速)警告。 7. AZIMUTH GUIDANCE 方位引导 The aircraft is four meters
from the stop-position. Theyellow arrow indicates
an aircraft to the right
of thecentre
line, and the red flashing
arrow indicates thedirection to
turn. 如图,航空器距泊位4
米。黄色箭头表明航空器偏到了中轴线的右边,红色箭头指出了航空器应转的方向。 8. STOP POSITION REACHED
到达停止位 When the correct stop-position is
reached, the displaywill show ‘STOP’ and
red lights will be
lit. 当航空器到达正确的泊位位置时,显示器将显示“STOP”(停止)和如图所示的红色方块图标。 9. DOCKING COMPLETED 停泊结束 When the aircraft has parked,
‘OK’ will be displayed. 当停泊过程结束时,将显示“OK”。 10. OVERSHOOT 越过泊位 If the aircraft has overshot
the stop-position, ‘TOO FAR’will be displayed.
如果航空器滑动超出了泊位,将显示“TOO
FAR”。 11. WAIT 等待 If some object is blocking
the view toward the
approachingaircraft
or the detected aircraft is
lost during docking closeto STOP, the display
will show ‘WAIT’. 靠近停止位时,如果某些物体阻挡了系统对行进航空器的观察,或者丢失了已检测到的航空器,显示屏显示等待“WAIT”。 The docking will continue as
soon as the blocking object
hasdisappeared or the
system detects the aircraft
again. 如果阻挡物体消失后或者系统重新检测到航空器,停泊过程将继续。 The pilot must not proceed
beyond the bridge,unless
the‘WAIT ‘message
has been superseded by the
closing rate bar. 飞行员不能继续滑行,直到“WAIT”
消息被停泊进度条代替。 12. SLOW 减速 The display will show ‘SLOW’
when the DGS lose theaircraft very near
the STOP position or visibility
forDGS is
reduced. 当停靠引导系统在停止位置附近丢失被引导的航空器或能见度降低时,显示屏显示“SLOW”。 The pilot must not proceed
beyond the bridge,unless theclosing-rate bar is
shown. 航空器应停止滑行,直到显示进度条。 13. AIRCRAFT VERIFICATION FAILURE
航空器验证失败 During entry into the Stand,
the aircraft geometry is
beingchecked. If,
for any reason, aircraft
verification is not made12 meters
before the stop-WAITand
make a second verification
check. If thisfails ‘STOP’ID
FAIL position,and
‘the display will
firstshow
‘will be displayed. The
text willbe
alternating on the upper two
rows of the display. 在航空器进入泊位的期间,系统将检测航空器的几何形状。如果由于某些原因在距离停止位置12 米前没能完成航空器验证,显示器显示“WAIT”,并进行第二次检测。如果这次仍然失败,则
显示“STOP” 和

FAIL”。该文本将分成上下两行显示。 14. GATE BLOCKED 扫描停止位被阻挡 If an object is found
blocking the view from the
DGS to theplanned stop position
for the aircraft, the docking
procedurewill be
halted with a ‘WAIT’ and
‘GATE BLOCK’message.The docking procedure
will resume as soon as
the blockingobject has been
removed. 如果停靠引导系统和航空器预定停泊位置之间的视阈被某些物体阻挡,则停泊程序将被终止,同时显示“WAIT”和
“GATE
BLOCK”
信息。一旦移除阻挡物体,停泊程序也将恢复。 15. VIEW BLOCKED 观测被阻挡 If the view towards the
approaching aircraft is hindered,
forinstance by
dirt on the window, the
DGS will report a Viewblocked condition. Once
the system is able to see
the aircraftthrough
the dirt, the message will
be replaced with a
closingrate
display. 如果系统对行进航空器的观察受到阻碍,例如窗口上的污垢所致,系统将报告此状况。一旦系统能够看到航空器,则显示停泊进度条。 16. SBU-STOP Any unrecoverable error during
the docking procedure willgenerate an ‘SBU
(safety back-up)’ condition. The
display willshow
red stop bar and the text
‘STOP’, ‘SBU’. 在停泊过程中的任何不可恢复性错误将导致系统显示SBU(安全备份)信息。显示器将显示红色的停止条和文字“STOP”、“SBU”。 17. TOO FAST 太快 If the aircraft approaches with
a speed higher than thedocking system can
handle, the message ‘STOP
(withred squares)’
and ‘TOO FAST’ will be

带红色的方格)”和“TOO FAST”信息。 18. EMERGENCY STOP 紧急停止 When the Emergency ‘Stop’ button
is pressed, STOP isdisplayed. 当按下紧急停止按钮时,显示“STOP”。 19. CHOCKS ON 上轮机挡 ‘CHOCK ON’ will be
displayed, when the ground
staffhas put
the chocks in front of
the nose wheel and
pressedthe ‘Chocks
on’ button on the Operator

On”时,指示器将显示“CHOCK ON”。 20. ERROR 错误 If a system error occurs,
the message ‘ERROR’ is
displayedwith an
error code. The code is
used for maintenance
purposes. 如果系统发生错误,将显示“ERROR”及错误代码,该代码用于维护目的。 21. SYSTEM BREAKDOWN 系统崩溃 In case of a severe system
failure, the display will go
black,except for
a red stop indicator. A
manual backup proceduremust be used for
docking guidance. 如果遇到严重的系统故障,显示器将变黑,并显示红色的停止信息。这时必须提供人工引导。 22. POWER FAILURE 电源失效 In case of a power
failure, the display will be
completelyblack.A manual backup
procedure must be used for
dockingguidance. 如果遇到电力中断,显示器将完全变黑。这时必须提供人工引导。
