My husband N went to the gym last weekend and came home
demanding high protein low carb lunch.
I have some organic minced chicken breast and romaine
lettuce in the fridge, so here it is, Thai Chicken lettuce wraps
for lunch! 材料:
250 克 肉末 (我用了鸡胸肉末)
2-3 瓣 蒜瓣
2-3 只红或绿的朝天椒 (可根据喜好增减)
2-3 头 罗马生菜
Ingredients:
250 gm of minced meat ( I used ground Chicken breast this
time)
2-3 cloves of garlic
2-3 red or green Thai Chilies (Adjust the quantity for
the level of heat you like)
2-3 heads of Romaine lettuce
For seasoning:
1 tsp Fish sauce / nam pla
1 tsp of light soy sauce
1 tsp Sweet soy sauce
1/2 tsp of oyster sauce
1. 把蒜瓣和红葱头切碎/切片。在锅里热上2-3大勺的食油,把·鸡肉末倒入煸炒至变色。
2. 加入蒜蓉和红葱头片,炒香。加入调味料继续煮至肉末变熟。

加入切碎的朝天椒即可。把炒好的鸡肉末铺在生菜叶上,包起即可开吃。
1. Minced garlic and shallot,
heat up 2-3 tbsp of oil in a wok/cooking pan,
cook the minced chicken until changed color.
2. Add the minced garlic and
shallot, cook until fragrant, around 3-5
minutes.
3. Season with fish sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce and
sweet soy sauce. Continue cooking for few more minutes until the
meat is fully cooked.
