“一塔两寺”指菩提塔、达尔吉林寺、万佛寺坐落在海拉尔区北敖包山上。“一塔两寺”共同将享誉国际的佛教圣地与藏传佛教、汉传佛教文化展现给世人。纵观其地理位置西有隐隐青山，阵阵松涛，悠悠碧水，北有千里牧场，炊烟人家。四周风光旖旎，景色宜人，交通便利，得山水之灵气，极人文之大观，实在是旅游避暑的理想境界。菩提塔坐落于敖包山顶，塔高90.09米，建筑海拔744.7米，共九层，由塔基、塔身、相轮、刹顶等部分组成。佛学院建筑面积5132平方米，是内蒙古佛学院设在呼伦贝尔的分院，建筑高28.88米，可供100名僧侣在此学习深造。
