大隅良典获诺奖的两篇论文浅析

Ohsumi)因为“发现了细胞自噬机制”而荣获2016年诺贝尔生理学或医学奖。

本文仅对两篇奠基性论文进行面上分析。
1)两篇发表奠基性工作的论文,影响因子均不高:JCB 8.717;FEBS LETT 3.519(2016年)

2)通过在低影响因子专业期刊上相对快捷地发表这两篇论文,大隅良典获得了“发现细胞自噬机制”的优先权,并被广泛引用。
两篇论文的引用率很不错,1992年论文被引766次,

1993年论文被引用1020次(据google scholar变种,20161004)

这在一定程度上验证了笔者
“优先权高于影响因子”象限论文章所提出的观点。
3)1998年和2000年大隅良典在高影响因子、高大上的NATURE,CELL子刊上发表论文,使得“发现细胞自噬机制”的贡献“锦上添花”,提高国际显示度(visibility),这有助于大隅良典早日获得诺奖。
