Allegro下鼠标滚轮操作设置

Allegro的默认鼠标滚轮操作是放大和缩小，按住Ctrl滑滚轮也是放大和缩小，其系统配置文件在.\Cadence\SPB_17.2\share\pcb\text\env文件中的最后，我复制到下面：

这样，滑滚轮上下移动，Shift+滚轮左右移动，Ctrl+滚轮放大缩小。
每条指令的系数根据习惯自拟，x或y方向上的水平移动系数写50~100，缩放系数0.1~1比较合适。
