转盘轴承的结构形式
The structural style of slewing ring
转盘轴承是一种能够同时承受较大的轴向负荷、径向负荷和倾覆力矩等综合载荷的特殊结构的大型轴承。一般情况下,转盘轴承自身均带有安装孔、润滑油孔和密封装置,可以满足各种不同工况条件下工作的各类主机的不同需求;另一方面,转盘本身具有结构紧凑、引导旋转方便、安装简便和维护容易等特点,被广泛用于起重运输机械、港口机械、采掘机械、建筑工程机械和导弹发射架等大型回转装置上。
Slewing Ring is a large-sized bearing with special structure which
can sustain the compresive heavy loadings, like radial loading,
axial loading and tangible moment. In the most cases, because of
its mounting holes, grease
holes and sealing device, they can fullfill the different
requirements of any main frame in all kinds of working conditions.
In other hands, slewing bearing which have the characteristic of
cramped construction,, convenient rotary guide, handy installation
and easy maintain are widely used in elevating machinery, harbor
machinery, mining machinery, constructional engineering machinery,
missile launcher and other large-sized rotators。
转盘轴承根据不同的结构型式可以分为四点接触球转盘轴承、双排角接触推力球转盘轴承、交叉圆柱滚子轴承、交叉圆锥滚子轴承和三排圆柱滚子组合转盘轴承等不同的结构型式;上述各类轴承按其是否带齿及齿轮的分布部位又分为无齿式、外齿式或内齿式等不同结构。
The slewing bearing can be divided into four-point conatct ball
slewing ring, double-row angular thrust ball slewing bearing,
crossed cylindrical roller slewing bearing, crossed tapered roller
slewing bearing and three-row cylindrical combined roller slewing
bearing according to their different structural styles. According
to the with or withour gear and the distrubition of gear, slewing
bearing can be divided into without gear, external gear and
internal gear。
LTZC转盘轴承根据不同的特点可分别满足各种不同负荷条件下工作主机的需求。其中,四点接触球转盘轴承具有较高的动负荷能力,交叉圆柱滚子转盘轴承具有较高的静负荷能力,交叉圆锥滚子转盘轴承其预过盈能使轴承具有较大的支撑刚性和较高的回转精度,三排圆柱滚子组合转盘轴承由于把承载能力的提高引向轴承的高度方向,各种载荷又分别由不同滚道和滚子组承受,所以在同等受力条件下,因而具有使主机更为紧凑的特点,是一种高承载能力的转盘轴承。
LTZC Slewing Ring can fullfill the requirements of all kinds
loading conditions of working main frames according to the
different features。Morever, the four-point contact ball slewing
bearing has relatively higher dynamic capacity. The crossed
cylindrical roller slewing ring has relatively higher static
capacity. The crossed tapered roller slewing bearing have heavier
rigidity and higher running accuracy because of its
pre-interference. Three-double cylindrical roller combined slewing
bearing can be lead to the height direction because of its rise of
loading capacity。Each kind of load sustains by different raceways
and roller elements。Therefore, in the same stress, it can make the
main frame more compact。

转盘轴承采用的表示方法,是由分别表示滚动体类别、滚道结构形式和齿轮啮合方式,滚动体直径,滚动体中心圆直径及材料与毛坯型式等内容的全数字式综合表示法:
The code representation of slewing bearing is a kind of all-digital
compressive representation which consists of rolling element,
structural style, gearing mesh, gear engagement system, rolling
element center circle diameter , material and blank pattern。
此该方法表示的转盘轴承代号,用阿拉伯数字分四段表示,每段之间用“.”予以分开,各段数字代表的具体含义为:

stipulated according to talbe 2. The “T”stads for the hardening and
tempering supply states of bearing ring. The “Z” stands for the
blank normalized condition of bearing ring。

The rolling element center circle diameter is 2500mm. The ball
diameter is 60mm. The gear module is 18mm. The material of bearing
ring is 50Mn. Therefore, if the blank material is normalized and
four-point angular contact ball slewing bearing with internal gear,
then the representation is 013.60.2500.12

精确的设计和正确合理地选用轴承制造材料是确保轴承转盘具备高技术性能与高可靠性的重要保障。
The accurate designation and correct selection of bearing
manufacturing material is the most important to guarantee the
highest technical and reliable properties。
套圈与滚动体用材料
The material of bearing ring and rolling element
一般情况下转盘轴承用滚动体均采用整体淬硬的碳铬轴承钢,牌号为GCr15或GCr15SiMn钢制造;
轴承套圈则采用表面淬硬钢,当用户无特殊要求时,一般选用50Mn钢制造;但有时为了满足部分特殊应用场合主机的需要,也可根据用户提供的具体使用条件选择其它牌号的表面淬硬钢种,如42CrMo、5CrMnMo等。
In most cases, the material of bearing rolling element adopted the
integrated quenched rich chromiun bearing steel. The number is
GCr15 or GCr15SiMn. However, the bearing ring adopted the steel
with surface quenched, generally 50Mn. But in order to suit the
requirements of other special main frame and the particular
conditions provided by customers’, we can choose other steels with
surface quenched, such as 42CrMo、5CrMnMo.
保持架用材料
The material of cages
转盘轴承所用保持架型式有整体式保持架、分段式保持架或隔离块式保持架等不同的结构式。其中整体式保持架或分段式保持架采用20号钢或ZL102铸造铝合金,隔离块式保持架采用聚酰胺1010树脂、ZL102铸造铝合金或QA110-3-1.5铝青铜制造。近年来随着材料工业的不断发展尼龙GRPA66.25也已在分段保持架的设计中得到推广应用。
The cage types of slewing ring have the integrated cages, sectional
cage and separator type cage. And the integrated cages or sectional
cages adopted No.20 steel or Aluminium casting alloy ZL102. But the
separator type cages adopted the Polyesteramide 1010、Aluminium
Casting Alloy ZL102 or Albronze QA110-3-1.5. Along with the
interrupting development of material industries , Nylon GRPA66.25
has recently widely been applied in the designation of sectional
cages。
密封圈用材料

转盘轴承密封圈用材料采用耐油丁晴橡胶制造。
The sealed ring material of slewing ring is manufactured by the oil
resistant NBR.
转盘轴承的游隙
The clearance of slewing bearing
转盘轴承的游隙主要用于补偿转盘轴承支承零件与有关主机装配部位的制造误差和安装误差以保证轴承的正常使用。转盘轴承的游隙值或予过盈量,根据转盘轴承的结构型式/公差等级以及滚动体组的节圆直径/分别于表2-表5
The clearance of slewing bearing is designed to compensate the
manufacturing errors and erection errors between the supported
parts and the assembly location of main frames. If do like that, it
can ensure the normal use of slewing bearing. According to the
structural styles , deviation rank and rolling element center
circle diameter, the clearence values and interference values can
be seen in the table 2 to table 5。

转盘轴承的润滑与密封

有效而充分的对轴承施加润滑和有效的密封是保证轴承安全运转和避免早期非正常损坏的必要措施。
The sufficient and competent grease and seal are the necessary
measurments to ensure the safety rotary and avoid non-normal
damage。
轴承的润滑
Lubrication of Slewing bearing
转盘轴承大多在重载低速的工况条件下工作,一般情况下采用充填润滑脂的润滑型式对轴承施以润滑均可取得极为满意的效果,常用的润滑脂是钙基润滑脂、锂基润滑脂、铝基润滑脂及高温润滑脂等,用户可根据具体情况选择最适宜的润滑脂。下表所示为推荐选用的润滑脂牌号
Due to the heavy load and low speed work condition, in most cases,
it will get more satisfactory effects through fullfill the grease.
The common grease are limebase grease, lithiumbase grease,
aluminumbase grease and high temperature grease. The customers can
chooes the most suitable grease according to particular conditions.

转盘轴承的密封
The seal of slewing bearing
转盘轴承的密封一方面是为了防止已充填的润滑脂向外泄漏,另一方面是为了防止外界的尘埃、杂质及水份侵入轴承内部而影响正常工作。由于转盘轴承大多处于重载低速下工作,故轴承的密封型式采用橡胶密封圈密封和迷宫式密封两种结构。而橡胶密封圈式密封本身具有结构简单。占用空间小,密封性能可靠等优点而得到了广泛的应用,但其不足之处是在高温状态时橡胶密封唇易早期老化而丧失密封性,故在高温工况条件下工作的转盘轴承宜采用迷宫式密封。
On one hand, the desingation of seal is used to prevented the
divulgation of surplus grease. On the other hand, it is used to
prevent the dusty, impurity and aggressive water into the bearing
so as not to influence the normal working. Due to the
circumstances of heavy load and low speed, we adopt the Rubber seal
and labyrinth seal. The Rubber seal has the merits, eg. Simple
structure, little occupied, reliable sealing, etc. But in the
higher temperture, it will lose its seal properities when was aged
at early stages. Therefore, it should adopt the labyrinth seal
under high temperture working conditions。
转盘轴承的包装
The package of slewing bearing
每套发往用户的LTZC转盘轴承出厂前在其内、外表面及滚道间均涂有轴承防锈润滑两用脂并用塑料薄膜施以内包装后,外面再用防水胶带进行缠包,最后在外面用专用轴承包装带进行缠绕,对于轴径小于2500mm的转盘轴承要用专用的木箱进行外包装。
Before leaving factory, the external and internal surfaces and
raceways must be coated with dualpurpose anti-rust grease and
package in plastic films. Then we will still be tied with seawater
tapes. At last, we will tied special bearing belts in the outside.
Morever, the special plywood cases will be used if the axial
diameter under 2500mm。
转盘轴承的储存
The store of slewing bearing
用户购买的LTZC转盘轴承在出厂时已经过完善的防锈及油封处理,在正常的保管条件下,自轴承出厂之日起可保证轴承在12个月内不会锈蚀。用户对库存的转盘轴承如未超过上述期限时,只要轴承的原包装物完整未损坏,既可长期存放,但对超过防锈期仍需继续存放的转盘轴承则应当重新进行清洗和油封处理。转盘轴承应在干燥、通风而平坦的场地上水平放置,储存时应与化学物品及其他带有腐蚀性的物品隔离存放。当多套转盘轴承叠放在一起存放时,每套转盘轴承之间沿圆周方向至少应放置3个均布且高度相等的木垫块,且上下层垫块位置放置一致。
In the normal store conditions, we factory will ensure that the
bearing would not rust during the 12 months because of its perfect
anti-rust and oil sea processing.
转盘轴承的保养
The maintenance of slewing bearing
安装好并投入运转的LTZC转盘轴承在连续运转100小时后,应全面检查安装螺栓的预紧力矩是否符合要求,以后每连续运转500小时重复上述检查一次。LTZC转盘轴承在出厂时已填充润滑脂,轴承在工作一段时间后,不可避免地会丧失部分润滑脂,所以对正在运转中的转盘轴承每间隔50-100小时后应补充润滑脂一次,对高温环境或者粉尘多的工矿条件下工作的转盘轴承,周期应当适当缩短一些,当机器长期停止运转封存时,也必须对其充填足够的润滑脂。
After continued 100 hours working, the rotary slewing ring should
be inspected the pre-torque of the bolts to see if it can fullfill
the requirements. And it must be reinspected each 500 hours. After
a long working time, the slewing bearing must be fill grease again.
Especially to the high temperture and dusty work conditions, we
should reduce the interval in a short time. And if we didn’t use
the machines, we still fullfill staple grease in the
bearings。
