这是我读初中时用的课本。
这是我读初中时使用的《初级中学课本英语》第一册，人民教育出版社外语室英语组编订，人民教育出版社1982年1月第一版，直到1991年秋季使用的仍然是同一套课本，从封面到正文一个字都没有变动，只是印刷次数、书号、定价等信息略有不同。它是在1978年版《全日制十年制学校初中课本（试用本》英语》的基础上修订而成的，是稳定版。
书的前面有4页彩图，图一是交通工具，图二是动物，图三是人名，图四是地点表达法。
