症状：MP4文件无法删除移动重定名
网上的废柴文章全都没用，鄙视下，全都是中毒啊文件错误啊之类的，把所有网友都当小白了么，浪费我的流量。
我记得以前解决过，又忘记了，这次干脆写成日志备忘。
原因是安装了Windows Live 套件：在选中MP4文件后，exeplorer.exe调用子进程WLXQuickTimeControlHost.exe，这个子进程一直打开这个MP4的文件句柄。所以无法对其进行修改。自然也就无法删除更名了。
WLXQuickTimeControlHost.exe：windows live quicktime control host
安装了QuickTime，并且安装了Windows Live 照片库后，就有了这个玩意。可笑么，Microsoft的软件互相还有冲突。
最简单的方法就是把Windows Live 照片库卸载了，这也是Apple官方给的答案：
That's not actually your QuickTime, It's one of your Windows Live applications. Typically, it's the Windows Live Photo Gallery.
Are you using the Photo Gallery much? If not, is it feasible to experimentally uninstall Photo Gallery and see if you can rename the files?
Alternatively, you might try ending the WLXQuickTimeControlHost.exe process (in Task Manager) prior to file renamings.
