滑动轴承的结构都有哪些?

滑动轴承一般由轴瓦与轴承座构成。滑动轴承根据它所承受载荷的方向,可分为向心滑动轴承(主要承受径向载荷)和推力滑动轴承(主要承受轴向载荷)。
常用向心滑动轴承的结构形式有整体式和剖分式两种。
1.整体式滑动轴承
是一种常见的整体式向心滑动轴承,用螺栓与机架连接。轴承座孔内压入用减摩材料制成的轴瓦(或叫轴套),在轴承座顶部装有油杯,轴套上有进油孔,内表面开轴向油沟以分配润滑油润滑。
整体式滑动轴承的最大优点是构造简单,但轴承工作表面磨损过大时无法调整轴承间隙;轴颈只能从端部装入,这对粗重的轴或具有中间轴颈的轴安装不便,甚至无法安装。为克服这两个缺点,可采用剖分式滑动轴承。
2.剖分式滑动轴承
剖分式滑动轴承
由轴承座、轴承盖、剖分轴瓦(分为上、下瓦)及连接螺栓等组成。轴承的剖分面应与载荷方向近于垂直,多数轴承剖分面是水平的,也有斜的。轴承盖与轴承座的剖分面常作成阶梯形,以便定位和防止工作时错动。
它的轴瓦磨损后的轴承间隙可用减少剖分面处的金属垫片或刮配轴瓦金属的办法来调整。剖分式滑动轴承装拆方便,轴瓦与轴的间隙可以调整,应用较广泛。
